We’ve certainly been believers, but now it turns out others are as well! A January 2011 report from Forrester Research, Inc. ranked KBM Group as a US ‘leader’ in the database marketing services industry, scoring highest marks for strategy and global strategy respectively. In the report KBM Group received the highest percentage of clients responding that they are extremely satisfied with “the strategic contribution they make to our business.” and also was noted for delivering “strong capabilities across the array of database, analytics, data, strategy and operations.” 

So what does this mean for our clients? We feel it’s a tremendous independent validation of our partnership with an organization that not only brings resources and scale to our offering but also matches our passion for client satisfaction and commitment to industry leadership at the highest level. Sharing these core values is key to the culture we’re building together and the subsequent value they provide for all involved. We couldn’t be more excited.
